Health System’s ‘HR Academy’ Facilitates Organizational Change

SSM Health has developed an “HR Academy” to enhance the knowledge of our HR business partners, so that they can more effectively manage change and drive business objectives. We found that the SHRM Competency Model aligns well with the roles and responsibilities of our HR business partners and used the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge™ as a guide in designing our curriculum.
