Fired Compliance Officer’s FMLA Retaliation Claim Dismissed

A compliance officer for a not-for-profit hospital who claimed that he was unlawfully fired for reporting problems at the hospital did not state a valid legal claim, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colombia ruled.
