Federal Court Denies Challenge to Oregon Vaccine Mandate

An Oregon federal district court declined to temporarily block recent state orders requiring educational and health workers and certain state executives to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The 42 plaintiffs challenging the order included health care providers, health care staff, teachers, school staff and volunteers, and a state agency employee.
