Federal Appeals Court Declines to Block Health Care Vaccine Directive

A federal appeals court refused to block the Biden administration’s rule requiring certain health care employees to get vaccinated if they work for Medicare- and Medicaid-certified providers and suppliers. The vaccine rule, however, has been blocked by other courts and may ultimately be reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court.
