Employers Must Report 2017 and 2018 EEO-1 Pay Data

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has announced that employers must report pay data, broken down by race, sex and ethnicity, from 2017 and 2018 payrolls. The pay data reports are due Sept. 30. The EEOC also has shortened the 30-day extension for employers to report other EEO-1 data, due May 31, to two weeks.
