Employers Focus on Well-Being and Work/Life Balance as Employees Return

Employers are giving increased attention to employee well-being as they plan return-to-worksite strategies. A PepsiCo division, for instance, has a “returnship” program to welcome female professionals who took time off for caregiving during the pandemic.
