Employer Groups Seek Clarity on COVID-19 Vaccination Incentives

As the COVID-19 vaccine becomes more widely available, there are legal factors employers should bear in mind when deciding whether to offer incentives to encourage vaccination. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is part of a coalition of employer groups asking the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for guidance.
