Employee Advocates Push for May 31 EEO-1 Pay-Data Reporting Deadline

Worker advocates told a federal judge on April 8 that they want the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to collect EEO-1 pay data by the May 31 deadline for employers to submit other EEO-1 information—or clearly show why doing so is not possible. The EEOC proposed a Sept. 30 deadline, but the judge has yet to rule on the matter.
