EEOC to Continue Collecting Pay Data Until ‘Target Response Rate’ Is Reached

Sept. 30 is the deadline for covered employers to submit EEO-1 Component 2 pay data—broken down by job category, race, sex and ethnicity—to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). But the agency announced that it will continue to accept reports until it reaches the target response rate identified in a court order.
