DOL Issues, Then Withdraws, Guidance on Compensability of COVID-19 Testing and Vaccine Time

The Department of Labor posted COVID-19 guidance addressing when employers must pay employees for time spent getting vaccinations and undergoing testing outside of regular work hours, and then withdrew the guidance a day later. For now, employers should continue to review existing DOL and state paid leave guidance.
