DOL Announces COVID-19 Settlement with Nation’s Largest Pork Processor

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) announced that it had reached a settlement with Smithfield Packaged Meats Corp. following an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspection that led to an OSHA citation.
