Discrimination Was Not Shown by Stray References to Age

A 56-year-old applicant for a university’s head baseball coach position failed to show that he was not selected because of his age, despite interviewers’ references to “retirement job” and selecting a “younger guy,” the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled.
