Delaware Enacts Pay History Ban

On June 14, Delaware Gov. John Carney signed a law that will ban employers from asking job applicants about their salary history starting in December. Similar restrictions have been enacted recently in Massachusetts, New York City, Philadelphia, Puerto Rico and Oregon.
