Change to Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Act Vetoed

Massachusetts employees can take 12 weeks of paid family leave and 20 weeks of paid medical leave. Employers are still prohibited from supplementing PFMLA benefits with accrued sick, vacation, or other paid leave.
