​When Canada legalizes recreational marijuana use next July, Canadian employers say they will treat its use in the workplace the same way they treat alcohol.Being high on the job won’t be tolerated.HR experts say marijuana legalization, which will take effect on or before July 1, 2018, will not cause much of an impact on a company’s ability to recruit and hire.
