Agencies Extend Employee Benefit Plan Deadlines

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, the IRS has postponed certain deadlines affecting employee benefit plans, including the deadline to file Form 5500 for non-calendar-year plans. The Department of Labor issued its own deadline relief for plans that comply with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
