2019 Tax Withholding Changes on the Way, IRS Says

As the IRS prepares to issue a revised, shorter Form W-4 for 2019, the government is warning that most employees are withholding too much or too little from their paychecks in the wake of tax law changes that took effect this year. There’s still time to encourage workers to check and adjust their 2018 withholding.
